I was in Chestertown on business on a Friday morning when my car began misfiring and the check engine light started flashing. I made a few calls and found Chestertown Garage. I was only a couple of blocks away from the garage so I limped over to have them take a look. Ashley was awesome. I didn't have an appointment but she had one of the guys in the shop put my car on their system analyzer to diagnose the problem. Turned out to be a bad coil. Ashley did a quick search of the part availability and found that her supplier only had one unit in stock. She took the initiative to go ahead and get the part delivered. Literally 5 minutes later, the part was delivered. The mechanic installed the new part and I was out of the shop in under an hour. admittedly, there are many factors of this experience that had to perfectly align to make this turn out as it did. However, if Ashley and the team at Chestertown Garage hadn't had the willingness to "make it happen", my experience would have been entirely different. Thank you Chestertown Garage!!!
