Auto Repair Chestertown

Took my car to Chestertown Garage to get a headlight replaced. When I called and spoke to Ashley on the phone she said it would be $25 and to bring it in at that moment. I got there at 2:05 at 2:10 she is ringing me up total $46. When asked why $46 she said $2.20 was parts $44 was labor. The mechanic Chris said he just popped the old light and put it back in didnt even have to remove the headlight. Such a get over. Always overpriced since Doug left

Brought my Lincoln MKZ in for a oil change. Within three blocks the car starts making a large thud. Then the car made a loud popping and sound as if something is being dragged. I called and told then I was returning the vehicle. When I got back they told me that someone was going to call me because they forgot to put something up. i almost blew a gasket. The offered to make it right. I requested and received my money back. Horrible experience!

Ok workmanship but overpriced. The owner's specialty in the past was custom work for cars. I wouldn't recommend them. Any major work I need done to my vehicles I go to Easton. Oil changes and alignment work is about the extent of the work I will allow anybody in chestertown to do in my vehicles.
